Relocation Packet

Reach the people thinking about moving to Oxford and the surrounding area through free relocation packets from the Chamber each year. In every package is placed a copy of the Oxfordian Magazine, information about the area and materials submitted by members for inclusion. 

Referrals

A business thrives on referrals, and the Chamber makes them happen every day.  Each year people visit or call the Chamber office for information and business recommendations. All of these people are referred to Chamber members only.

The Chamber’s website receives an average of 30 to 50 people a day looking for information about the businesses and events in the Oxford, PA area. As a member, your business will be linked to the Chamber’s at no additional charge, for additional exposure to internet surfers.

Mailing List

Direct mail the entire membership your marketing materials by requesting mailing labels for over 200 members. Mailing labels are FREE to Chamber members. E-mail contact information is not made available through this program. 

Marketing & Community Involvement  

Business Card Exchanges

Network and advance your business relationships by attending Business Before and After Hour Card Exchanges, a periodic morning and evening networking event. It provides our members with an opportunity to make new business contacts and develop a network of potential customers, with occasional featured speakers to inform, train or educate our members on business related topics.   

Oxfordian Magazine

Advertise or be featured in the biannual Oxfordian Magazine, a four-color high quality magazine distributed by the Chamber to more than 50,000 annual patrons in Oxford and the surrounding community. It is also available online and is distributed by members promoting the area to other potential customers. 

Golf Tournament

Our annual Golf Tournament raises money for our yearly scholarship awards. As a sponsor, you will receive recognition on all promotional material throughout the event as well as a business spotlight on our website at www.oxfordpa.org during the month of May. Your contribution will make money available to Oxford High School students and a Chamber member or their employee seeking to further their education through the adult scholarship award.  In addition we contribute to the scholarship foundations at Cecil Community College and Lincoln University.  

Movies in the Park

This family event includes merchant participation and sponsorship through banners, a video preview highlighting and thanking each business that participates, and a business spotlight on our website at www.oxfordpa.org during the months of June, July and August. 

Halloween Parade

Chamber members are invited to participate by featuring a theme float. This event draws hundreds of people to the town of Oxford making it a marketing opportunity for any business.  

Legislative Breakfast

Have breakfast with our local and state elected officials of Chester County. This event will give you a first-hand opportunity to network with important decision makers and to influence and stay up to date with changing policy that impacts the marketplace and community.

Annual Citizen & Business of the Year Awards Dinner & Dance

The Chamber honors a citizen who is involved in public service for the Oxford community and a business who share a commitment to business growth, professional excellence and their community.  It’s a great networking opportunity that you are guaranteed to have a lot of fun.
